Research shows that 50 to 80 percent of Americans experience back and neck pain because of bad posture. This is an alarming statistic that proves your posture plays a very important role when it comes to your health and wellness.
If you want to improve your posture try this simple exercise. All you have to do is place your palms on your thighs and turn them upwards. The key here is to alleviate any excess pressure your major organs are experiencing.Just imagined how well you’ll feel once you free yourself from this pressure. This exercise will also benefit your spine. Your improved posture will release any tension you are feeling in your back. This helped me a lot, I was able to sleep much better.
