How to Easily Clean Your Lungs within Only 3 Days

It is a well known fact that smoking causes lung problems. However, interestingly many people who smoke occasionally or have never tried a cigarette in their lives have the same problem. On the other hand, there are people who smoke for many years and their lungs are still functioning well. This is individual and it depends from person to person but below you will encounter few tips that can help you clean your lungs and make a full detoxification. 

It is important to eliminate all dairy products from use two days before you start the process of detoxification. Before the purification of the lungs the body has to eliminate the toxins which the dairy products contain. It is recommended to take a cup of some herbal tea prior going to bed, before the first day of the regime. During the purification the lungs must not be overload with difficult activity of any part of the body. Take a lemon juice before breakfast ( drain two lemons in 300 ml of water) Drink juices that contain natural antioxidants which improve the breathing system. It is recommended to drink 300 ml of grapefruit juice but if you dislike the taste, you can take pineapple juice instead. Put 5-10 drops of eucalyptus in a bowl of boiling water. Stand over the bowl with a clean towel over the head. Inhale the steam until it cools off. Take care of your body and do exercises regularly. Take pure carrot juice in the period between breakfast and lunch (300 ml). This juice helps the blood alkalize during the three days purification process. It is also suggested to take a warm bath of 20 minutes each day. It will allow the body to eliminate more toxins through the sweating. Another juice which is recommended during this process is a juice that contains potassium (400 ml during lunch). Potassium acts as a natural cleanser. Cranberry juice is also convenient for this treatment. It helps in the fight against bacteria in the lungs that may cause infections. Take 400 ml of cranberry juice before going to bed.
