Lemon and apple cider vinegar infusion
Ingredients
- One tsp. apple cider vinegar
- Juice from half of one lemon
- One tsp. honey
- A small pinch of cayenne pepper
Ginger, cinnamon and lemon infusion

- One tsp. grated ginger
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- zest from 2 lemons
- 1/2 c. water
Carrot and mint juice
