The food you eat in the morning is important to be healthy and filling because it can have an impact on how hungry and satisfied you will be throughout the day.
When the guys from BuzzFeed asked some “healthy people” like nutritionist, health editors, personal trainers etc. what they are eating for breakfast they shared a lot of creative meals that you can eat in the morning.
It’s good to have alternatives for the old bowl of cereals.
