Ingredients for the recipe:
– 10 fresh parsley stems (without root)
– 4 cups of homemade red or white wine
– Two tablespoons wine vinegar
– 10 oz of natural honey
Preparation:
Put ten fresh parsley stems with the leaves in 4 cups of homemade wine and add 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Then, add 10 oz of organic honey and let it cook for another 4 minutes. Strain the hot wine and pour it into a bottle while it is still warm, before that you should wash the bottle with strong alcohol. Close it well. The sludge on the bottom is not harmful and you can drink it.
